Fordy's Caps were developed to solve a common problem in hydraulic maintenance - exposed flange fittings are vulnerable to dirt, debris and moisture and often leak residual oil when not in use.

FORDY’S Caps are reusable hydraulic flange caps designed for contamination control and the containment of residual oil on compatible hydraulic flange fittings. They are not designed or rated to contain hydraulic pressure.FORDY’S Caps are reusable but are considered a consumable product and may wear, deteriorate or require replacement over time. Caps should be inspected before use and should not be used if damaged, cracked, warped or excessively worn.Avoid prolonged storage or exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight, as this may cause the product to warp, deform or deteriorate.Never apply hydraulic pressure to a hose, fitting or system while a FORDY’S Cap is being used in place of a pressure-rated component. Always use the product only for its intended purpose.
